This year, we are offering more membership options and greater flexibility than ever before, including—for the first time—optional payment plans to make membership more accessible for all families. We look forward to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment as we open our gates for another unforgettable season. Beyond swimming, the pool serves as a cherished community hub—a place where people of all ages come together to build relationships and create lasting memories.
Why Your Membership Matters This Year
As many of you know, our pool surface has reached the end of its lifespan. Despite routine patching and maintenance, the underlying finish is now significantly worn and can no longer be repaired effectively. To ensure the pool remains safe, functional, and enjoyable for generations to come, we will be undertaking a long-awaited full pool resurfacing project in early 2026.
This is a necessary investment for the long-term sustainability of Town & Country Pool.
Your membership, and the membership of your friends, family, and neighbors, directly supports this essential project. Expanding membership slightly this year will help us meet these financial needs without raising membership prices this year.

Payment can be made by mailing a check, Zelle, credit card (includes a 2.9% processing fee), Cash App (2.9% processing fee), and Afterpay (6% processing fee).
🏊♀️ TOWN & COUNTRY POOL – 2026 MEMBERSHIP RATES
FULL FAMILY – $600
Up to 5 immediate family members.
- Includes parents/guardians and children under 21 who are part of the same family unit.
- Divorced or separated parents who share custody may be included under one family membership (children/parents may reside in two households).
- Foster children currently in the household are included and may change throughout the season as placements change.
- Each additional family member over 5: $50 per person.
Household: A group consisting of up to two distinct residential addresses of the same immediate family (including parents/guardians and their dependent children under 21).
Child: An individual under 21 years of age.
EXTENDED FAMILY – $625
For couples whose children are grown but still wish to enjoy the pool together as a family.
- Includes up to 5 total members: two parents (or a couple) and their adult children (21 or older).
- Does not include adult children’s partners, spouses, or grandchildren — those individuals must hold their own membership.
- Members do not have to live in the same household.
Ideal for parents with college-aged or adult children visiting during the summer. Adult Child: A dependent child who is 21 or older and listed on the membership roster.
COUPLES – $450
Two people only.
- May be spouses, partners, siblings, friends, or parent and child.
- Couples do not have to reside in the same household (for example, partners living apart).
SINGLE ADULT – $400
One adult, 21 years or older.
SENIOR COUPLES – $400
At least one member must be 65 or older.
- May include a spouse or partner.
- Option to add a grandchild for $89 per season per child.
CAREGIVER / DOMESTIC HELPER ADD-ON – $100
- One designated caregiver, sitter, or household helper may be added to any membership.
- May only use the pool while accompanying or caring for the member’s children or household.
- Caregiver/ Domestic Helper must be listed on each child’s membership plan
FLEX FAMILY ADD-ON – $89 per child
For families who regularly care for a child under 21 who is part of their extended family but does not live in their household (e.g., stepchild, grandchild, niece/nephew, or other dependent).
- Limited to two non-household children per membership.
- Child must be listed on the membership application.
- Access applies only when accompanied by a listed adult member.
SUSTAINER MEMBERSHIP – $200
For individuals or households who value the pool’s impact on neighborhood life and property values but do not plan to use the facilities.
- No pool access or guest privileges.
- Includes recognition in the member newsletter and annual meeting invitations.
Ideal for neighbors who want to support the pool’s upkeep, community programs, and future improvements without joining as active members.
GUEST POLICY & WAIVER
- A $5.00 entrance fee will apply to all guests over the age of 1, regardless of residential location.
- The same guest may visit the pool a maximum of five (5) times per summer.
- Guests are required to sign a guest waiver.
- Guests who wish to attend more frequently are encouraged to purchase a membership.
- All guests must sign and present a Town and Country Pool waiver. To save time at check in, we encourage all participants to fill out the form ahead of time. You may either print and hand to the attendant or you can fill it out and email it to townandcountryws@gmail.com. A waiver is good for the 2025 pool season.
NOTES FOR CLARITY
- “Household” may include immediate family members residing in one or two homes due to shared custody or family circumstances.
- Foster children are fully included under Family Memberships for the duration of their placement.
- Extended Family memberships are limited to parents and their adult children only. Adult children’s partners or their children must have their own memberships.
- The Board reserves the right to review membership applications to ensure compliance and fairness. The board’s goal is to be consistent and fair across all applications. Therefore, prospective members who have questions regarding their application must email the board at townandcountryws@gmail.com. Please do not contact individual board members asking for exceptions to membership guidelines.
